2.2 Project enquiries When you contact us about a project, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, goals, deadlines and requirements. This helps us respond with realistic options and timelines.
2.3 Project agreements Any paid work will be handled through a Project Agreement. It will outline scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms and any limits or assumptions. Once you approve that agreement, it becomes the main reference for how the project is delivered.
2.4 Intellectual property Unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing, you will own the final approved deliverables that you have fully paid for, such as your logo files, website design and project assets. ProDo may keep a copy for portfolio, internal reference and marketing purposes, unless you request in writing that we do not show your project publicly.

We will use reasonable care when recommending tools, but we cannot guarantee or control the long term behaviour, pricing or policies of any third party service.
2.6 Fair use and behaviour You agree to communicate respectfully with our team, provide feedback in a timely way and not use our work for any illegal, harmful or misleading activities.
